If it wasn't official before, than it is now...I am FREAKING OUT. I don't care who you are, NO ONE can pack 3 months worth of clothes, shoes, toiletries, school supplies, books, etc and have it weigh less than 50 pounds. That is just impossible. I can't fall asleep at night because all I can think about is how much stuff I still have to do. But of course here I am blogging anyway. I've woken up the past few mornings with lists in my head that transfer to page long to-do's that keep me busy. Hopefully by the time Thursday morning rolls around, I will be prepared!
Unfortunately, Kaitlin and baby Eliza didn't get to stick around long enough to bid me farewell, but we were able to drop them off at the airport to head back to Wisconsin last week. Just being at the airport almost gave me a panic attack.
I'm trying to say my goodbyes to everyone, I've trekked from Logan to Provo and everywhere in between trying to catch everyone, but there are many I've missed! My family went out to dinner at Noodles the other night so that I could attempt to get my fill of American food...Mac and cheese works, but I'm sure I'll be stuffing my face with Wendy's and Little Caesars before the day is over. Hopefully I'll develop a refined palate and acquire a taste for escargot and ratatouille. I truly have no problem with eating crepes, baguettes, and brie the whole time though!
So true, my dear, so true. I decided that to get all of my stuff there, I'm going to wear 15 layers through the airport...so when you're looking for me, just look for an eskimo..
